Diagnostics
Jell Systems can carry out a wide range of tests to find the state of health of computer systems and their component parts. Good diagnostics are the key to good repair work.

Repairs
In line with the majority of other electronic repair workshops it should be noted that most "repairs" are carried out by replacing parts. This is due to the highly complex "Black box" nature of computer hardware.
It should also be noted that we do not repair or replace specialist laptop computer components but are happy to point customers to reputable local firms who specialise in this field. Exceptions to this specialisation which we are happy to include in our services are memory and hard disks as well as fault finding diagnostics.
In a similar vein to laptops, generally we do not repair printers. In most cases if a problem is not software or ink cartridge related it is more economical to replace a printer.

Upgrades
Jell Systems are able to advise on and carry out most hardware upgrades as required.

Parts
Please note we supply most parts on a "Supply, Fit and Test" basis.
The vast majority of parts supplied by Jell Systems are brand new from reputable suppliers, in some cases with extended manufactuer product guarantees over and above that legally required. In a small number of cases where reconditioned parts are the only option, a reconditioner's warranty may apply. In all cases Jell Systems will provide swift action to rectify the situation if parts fail.
